Can I buy multiple packs?

Yes — you can increase the quantity at checkout or mix and match different pack sizes. All credits and minutes will be added to your balance immediately.

Do these credits expire?

Yes — all a la carte credits and video minutes expire 12 months after purchase.

How are these different from Forever Credits?

These are regular top-up packs. They’re more affordable than upgrading your plan but do expire after 12 months.

Forever Credits (from past promos) never expire, but are no longer available.

Do these credits work with my AppSumo Lifetime tier?

Yes. These one-time packs stack on top of any Lifetime or subscription plan. You can use them just like your normal credits.

Note: These do not upgrade your AppSumo license tier (seat count, monthly limits, etc.).

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your content will stop generating until you either:

• Wait for your monthly credits to reset (if on a plan), or

• Purchase another a la carte pack like this one

Which credits are used first?

Alphana always uses your monthly (recurring) credits first. These one-time top-up credits are only used once your monthly balance hits zero.

Where can I see my credit usage?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Usage to see your current balance and usage breakdown.

Do these credits work for Visuals too?

Not yet. These packs apply to the main Alphana platform. We’ll announce Visuals compatibility in the future.

Are refunds available?

No. Please double-check the quantity and pack before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
